Besides this: You are familiar with inside sales techniques and are able to use them efficiently in order to expand our client portfolio.
• You have a passion for the logistics and short sea shipping industry.
• You possess excellent communication skills, and are able to communicate
confidently with people at all levels.
• You master the English language, both verbally and written.
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Do you have several years of experience in outside sales and are you focussed on going out in the field to meet with potential customers? Inside or outside; we are welcoming both talents to join our team.
As a Sales Coordinator, you are at the forefront of establishing new business opportunities and projects along with the assigned Sales Executive and Cork-based Sales Manager. Your proactive and entrepreneurial qualities allow you to easily manage your portfolio of clients, and develop the client base to ensure its growth. Picking up the phone is what you do confidently in order to acquire new customers, and you use other inside sales techniques to establish new opportunities. More experienced Sales Coordinators will focus on meeting customers face to face, thus focussing on larger sales with longer cycles.
Your excellent communication skills will allow you to handle and solve customer complaints professionally, and ensure that paperwork is completed and filed in the system accordingly.
