Kendlebell have an exciting opportunity to grow their already strong team and are seeking to recruit both full- time and part-time employees.
Handling of incoming calls on behalf of our clients.
Forwarding calls or taking messages as appropriate.
Online diary management. Other administrative work.
Confident, efficient and friendly telephone manner.
Ability to answer calls on behalf of a wide range of clients.
Previous call centre experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word & Excel.
Ability to multitask is essential. Flexible approach and attitude to work extra hours when needed.
Training: Full training will be provided in-house.
Role: Full time and part time positions with scheduled hours of work from Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons.
