Job Title Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Description

Responsibilities

- First point of contact within the office

- Answer and direct phone calls

- Manage and address all block related issues

- Responsible for the pursuance of service charges and updating records on in-house software system

-  Project management

- Liaising with insurers and health and safety personnel and assisting with the execution and delivery of block policies and safety certificates

- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Regularly liaise with office manager, providing detailed reports and updates

Requirements

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant and or receptionist with a background in a very fast paced environment

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary with background in property management most desirable - Salary €26,000p/a
