Job Title Accounts Assistant, Part-Time
Description

An executive transportation company is seeking an accounts assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and other Accounts Payable/Receivable duties.
  • Have experience working with accounting systems such as SageOne.
  • Dealing with client & supplier queries as they arise in a professional manner.
  • Adding new tasks to our cloud base transportation booking system.
  • The candidate will need to be able to handle bookings in a strictly private & confidential manner.
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties on request.   

Key Requirements:

  • 2 or more years’ experience in a similar role, in an office environment.
  • Professional manner and approach, ability to work as part of a small team.
  • Motivated and hardworking, including ability to work on own initiative.
  • Highly organised and the Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent English fluent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Experience in SageOne is an advantage but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable nature.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines, under pressure and ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills is essential.
